Leadership is something many view as POWER, but that also comes with the territory. When you look to someone for direction and trust their way of doing things, it can give you motivation. A good leader knows that people can be weak and are looking for someone strong to help them, but not take advantage of them. A good leader listens and makes sure they have all of their followers on the same page before proceeding forward. A good leader is someone who wants to help and give others courage and confidence like they have never experienced before. Leaders who are patient and kind & provide solutions to the ones who seek guidance are the ones we hope we get.
A great example; I teach fitness classes and when I get in front of my students I am a fitness leader. People look to me for physical instruction, they listen to me for clarity and understanding on what to do next. Its an amazing feeling to give people reassurance I will not leave them in my class and they can move forward with confidence if they just follow me on their journey in class.
